By accessing or using Farabiulder LLC ("the Application," "our service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.
Description of Service
Farabiulder is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create and manage viral group buying campaigns. Our service allows customers to team up with friends and family to unlock discounts, driving organic growth and increasing conversions for Shopify stores.
Eligibility
To use Farabiulder, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Shopify store
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Account Registration and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
Subscription Plans and Billing
Pricing Tiers
Farabiulder LLC offers multiple subscription tiers based on your monthly revenue:
- Free Flex: $0/month (up to $300 monthly revenue)
- Starter Flex: $14.99/month ($301-$1,000 monthly revenue)
- Growth Flex: $29.99/month ($1,001-$5,000 monthly revenue)
- Scale Flex: $49.99/month ($5,001-$10,000 monthly revenue)
- Pro Flex: $79.99/month ($10,001-$25,000 monthly revenue)
- Premium Flex: $129.99/month ($25,001-$50,000 monthly revenue)
- Elite Flex: $199.99/month ($50,001-$100,000 monthly revenue)
- Enterprise Flex: $299/month ($100,001+ monthly revenue)
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Your plan automatically adjusts based on your monthly revenue
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Engage in fraudulent activities or deceptive practices
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
Intellectual Property Rights
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Farabiulder LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your store data and customer information. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy. By using our service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected immediately
- That the service is free from viruses or harmful components
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- At your request
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue in effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farabiulder LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Third-party conduct or content on the service
- Any other matter relating to the service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farabiulder LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your store content or customer data
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Farabiulder LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Shopify Integration
Farabiulder integrates with Shopify. Your use of Shopify is subject to Shopify's own terms of service. We are not responsible for Shopify's services or any issues arising from the Shopify platform.
Third-Party Services
Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Sending an email notification for material changes
Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Severability
