Introduction & Acceptance
These Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Farabiulder Affiliate Program ("the Program"). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
The Program is operated by Farabiulder LLC ("Farabiulder," "we," "us," "our") and managed through the Mantle affiliate platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not apply to or participate in the Program.
Program Overview
The Farabiulder Affiliate Program allows approved partners ("Affiliates," "you") to earn commissions by referring new Shopify merchants to install the Farabiulder Group Buy app from the Shopify App Store. Each Affiliate receives a unique referral link that tracks installs and subsequent subscription revenue generated by referred merchants.
The Program is listed in the Mantle Affiliate Marketplace and managed through the Mantle platform for tracking, reporting, and payments.
Eligibility & Approval
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Submit an application through the Mantle Affiliate Marketplace
- Receive written approval from Farabiulder (approval is required and not automatic)
- Provide accurate and complete information, including your full address
- If you are a company: provide your VAT/Tax ID and Company/Registration number
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Farabiulder reserves the right to reject any application or revoke approval at any time, with or without reason.
Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
- Accurate Promotion: Only make truthful, accurate, and non-misleading claims about Farabiulder and its features
- FTC Disclosure: Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Farabiulder in all promotional content, in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable local regulations
- Shopify Policies: Comply with all Shopify App Store policies and Shopify Partner Program guidelines
- Account Accuracy: Maintain accurate, current account and payment information on the Mantle platform
- Professional Conduct: Represent Farabiulder in a professional manner that does not harm our brand reputation
Commission Structure
Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 50% recurring commission on the net subscription fee paid by each referred merchant for the lifetime of the referred merchant's active subscription.
Commission Basis
- Commissions are calculated on net subscription fees (after Shopify's platform fees, refunds, chargebacks, and any applicable deductions). Commission that a merchant pays on their own group buy revenue is a usage charge and is not part of the affiliate commission base
- There is no flat fee per install — commissions are purely revenue-based
- Commissions are tracked starting from March 1, 2026. Any referral activity before this date will not generate commissions
Pricing Plans
Farabiulder plans consist of a monthly subscription fee plus a usage commission on the merchant's group buy revenue. Your affiliate commission is 50% of the subscription fee only.

New merchants start on the Free plan, which has a $0.00 monthly subscription fee. A referred merchant on the Free plan therefore generates $0.00 in affiliate commission for as long as they remain on it, regardless of how much group buy revenue they produce. Affiliate commission begins when the referred merchant subscribes to a paid plan and continues for the lifetime of that subscription. Merchants on grandfathered plans that are no longer offered are treated the same way: commission is 50% of the subscription fee they are actually billed.
Commission Duration
Commissions are paid for the lifetime of the referred merchant's active subscription. There is no time limit — as long as the referred merchant remains a paying subscriber, you earn 50% of their net subscription fee.
Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through the Mantle affiliate platform
- Minimum payout thresholds are determined by Mantle's standard policies
- Payment schedules and methods are governed by Mantle's platform terms
- You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction
- Farabiulder reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if fraudulent activity is suspected
Referral Attribution
- Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link, which directs to the Farabiulder Shopify App Store listing
- Attribution windows and cookie durations are determined by Mantle's default settings
- If a referred merchant uninstalls the app, they remain assigned to you. If they reinstall, you continue earning commissions
- Only the first affiliate to refer a merchant receives credit for that referral
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Self-referrals: Referring your own Shopify store or stores you own or operate
- Cookie stuffing: Using hidden iframes, pop-unders, or any method to set tracking cookies without genuine user intent
- Trademark bidding: Bidding on "Farabiulder" or variations thereof in paid search (PPC) campaigns
- Misleading claims: Making false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about Farabiulder
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or using any form of spam to promote your affiliate link
- Incentivized installs: Offering monetary rewards, gift cards, or other incentives to users in exchange for installing Farabiulder
- Fake reviews: Posting fake reviews or testimonials on the Shopify App Store or any other platform
- Misrepresentation: Implying an employment, partnership, or official agency relationship with Farabiulder
- Coupon/deal sites: Listing unauthorized discount codes or deals attributed to Farabiulder
Intellectual Property
- Farabiulder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Farabiulder name, logo, and approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting the app through the Program
- You may not modify, distort, or alter Farabiulder brand assets in any way
- All intellectual property rights in the Farabiulder app, website, and brand remain the sole property of Farabiulder LLC
- Farabiulder reserves the right to revoke this license at any time
Termination
- Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice
- Farabiulder may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you violate these Affiliate Terms
- Upon termination in good standing, any earned but unpaid commissions will be paid according to Mantle's standard payment schedule
- Termination for fraudulent activity or violation of Prohibited Activities results in forfeiture of all unpaid commissions
- Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Farabiulder brand assets and remove all affiliate links
Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Farabiulder does not guarantee any level of earnings or that the Program will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farabiulder LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 24 months preceding the claim.
Modifications
Farabiulder reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, or any aspect of the Program at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by:
- Updating these terms on this page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date
- Notifying you via email or through the Mantle platform
Your continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
Relationship of Parties
You and Farabiulder are independent contractors. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You have no authority to bind Farabiulder to any obligations or make commitments on our behalf.
